Information we collect

AutoCalc Pro is a static website with no user accounts and no login. We do not ask you to register, and we do not knowingly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number unless you choose to send it to us (for example, by emailing our support address).

We collect only limited, non-identifying technical information that virtually every website receives, such as your browser type, device type, approximate region (from your IP address), and which pages you visit. This is used to understand traffic and improve the site.

Your calculator inputs

This is the most important point: the values you enter into our calculators are never transmitted to us. Every calculator performs its math with client-side JavaScript running inside your own browser. Your salary, down payment, loan balance, odometer reading, and any other figure you type stay on your device and are discarded when you close or reload the page.

We have no database of calculator inputs, and there is nothing for us to store, share, or sell.

Cookies & local storage

We use a minimal amount of browser storage:

• Theme preference — if you switch between light and dark mode, we remember your choice in your browser's local storage (acp-theme). This never leaves your device.
• Analytics & advertising cookies — third-party services (see below) may set cookies to measure traffic and serve ads. You can control or block these through your browser settings.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting web analytics to understand which calculators are popular and how the site performs. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you. We do not sell analytics data.

Advertising

To keep AutoCalc Pro free, we may display advertising, including through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.

Affiliate links

Some pages contain affiliate links to third-party products and services (such as lenders, insurers, or parts retailers). If you click one and complete an action, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links help fund the free tools. We only reference services we consider relevant, and an affiliate relationship never changes the result a calculator produces.

Third-party services

When third-party services (analytics providers, ad networks, affiliate partners) are used, those companies operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of external sites you reach by clicking a link.

Children's privacy

AutoCalc Pro is a general-audience informational site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store the personal figures you enter, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. For the limited technical/analytics data described above, you can:

• Clear your browser cookies and local storage at any time.
• Use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or an ad/tracker blocker.
• Opt out of personalized ads via the links in the Advertising section.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights regarding personal data. Contact us with any such request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use of AutoCalc Pro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
